Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a full 2 year warranty on any items purchased through our website or stores. We are more than happy to handle repairs for issues resulting from manufacturing defects within this two year period, free of charge. This policy covers any breakages or manufacturing defects within this timeframe, including any defects in buckles, hardware, stitching and construction. For any items needing repair within this timeframe we offer a full complimentary repair of your item. This warranty does not cover normal wear of items, general wear & tear of fabric, staining caused by the owner, or any other abusive damages caused by misuse of our products.
Request a Repair
If your purchase falls within the 2 Year Warranty and you would like to request a repair, please email us at email@example.com with your request. Be sure to include your contact details, your order number, description of the issue, and any photos (if you have them). Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours with instructions on getting your item fixed.
Out of Warranty Repairs
Should your bag fall outside of our 2 year warranty period, we recommend you contact our trusted third party repair shop directly to arrange repair of your item. We recommend Rago Brothers, located in New Jersey. They will charge a repair fee based on the extent of refurbishment (similar to having shoes refurbished).
