SHIPPING

Orders received before 1 pm EST Mon to Fri ship on the same day.
Orders received after 1 pm EST ship out the following business day.

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx and estimate shipping based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  We've found that FedEx Ground is usually the fastest and most economical way of shipping. Ground shipping is also much better for the environment (jet fuel is nasty stuff) so if you can wait we highly encourage you to choose the FedEx Ground option.

FREE & EASY RETURNS 

Not happy with your Ernest Alexander purchase? You may return any unused items purchased within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply:

1. Send an email to orders@ernestalexander.com with your name and order number (if available)

2. Use the prepaid FedEx return label we email you to return your purchase

3. Receive your refund. It's that easy! 

Please note that refund processing times vary according to your payment method but typically take about 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship all international orders via US Postal, which we've found to be the most economical option for shipping abroad. Please note that any applicable taxes or duties assessed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately we cannot pay for return shipping on international orders.
